Quiz lovers are well acquainted with Dušan, as he has achieved remarkable results in almost all the quizzes broadcast in Serbia, breaking records. Such results from Macura are not surprising considering that he has a successful sports career as a professional basketball player for many domestic and foreign clubs.

Before he began to win over the audience in front of their screens with his knowledge, Dušan was capturing the hearts of sports fans. He spent his basketball career playing as a center, going through all the youth categories and the first team of Red Star, Radnički Jugopetrol, Ural, Čemnic, Bareirense, Kezul Sintra, Gole Gohar, Angola, and Gimle Bergen. It is precisely from his brilliant career that the inspiration for the nickname arose – the heavy five!

“I didn’t expect to become a part of a team again in my old age, but now that I’m here, I really feel great with such a dream team,” said Macura.
